Inclusion Quality Mark - Flagship Award

We are incredibly proud to hold the 'Inclusion Quality Mark - Flagship Award'. This is the highest award offered by IQM and it recognises our commitment to true inclusion at Castleway. Inclusion to us isn't a buzz word, it's a way of life - it's the 'CastleWay' of life! This prestigious award verifies that.

'As all-inclusive practice runs across the 2 schools, including the same school leaders and both schools being located within the same building, it is impossible to assess the inclusive practice of the nursery setting without taking into consideration the inclusivity across the primary setting. Staff describe this as ‘we run as 1 school – things we run we run across both of them and our ethos and values remain the same.’

Therefore, the assessment day was an opportunity to identify and observe inclusive practice across the Nursery and Primary provision.'

We received the Flagship Award in 2021 which was valid until 2025 and we're delighted that we have been re-accredited for 2025 - 2029.
